We are now seeking a Senior Analyst to come and join our industry leading agency team and continue to help our clients discover ‘What’s Next…’ The successful candidate will have a critical blend of technical and business skills required to cover a range of social media analytics engagements with our clients. As a Social Media Analyst you play an important role in ensuring data driven decision making is at the heart of every project DigitasLBi delivers. With a deep understanding of data techniques and analytics concepts you will help derive insights from data and meld the story to positively impact account performance and client strategy.
We believe that you are an analytics subject matter expert with great business awareness and you will add measurable value to our clients through actionable analytical insights. You ensure the solutions we develop for our clients are measurable by advising on data and measurement strategies that translate business and marketing objectives into KPIs and measurement frameworks. You will provide technical expertise to our clients ensuring they have the most appropriate tool in place, implemented and configured correctly. We believe you will be center of excellence for our clients.
As a Social Media Analyst at DigitasLBi you are given a unique opportunity to champion the benefits of analytics internally within DigitasLBi, and externally amongst our existing and potential clients. And furthermore bring thought leadership to the team and lead client engagements from a strategic and technical perspective.
Must have
- A minimum of 3-6 years’ social media analytics experience gained in an agency (preferred) or client side environment
- Relevant education ideally in a numerate subject (i.e. IT/Statistics/Computing)
- Advanced knowledge of Social Media Analytics tools like; Radian6, Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon, Unmetric etc Custom solution design and implementation aligned to measurement plans
- Experience of advanced tool configuration aligned to reporting objectives
- Experience of using other analytics tools to analyse other digital channels (i.e. websites, Mobile, Paid Media, SEO, PPC, Email, etc.)
- Proven data interpretation skills and analysis
- Business understanding and client management experience
- An ability to invent yourself out of problems
- Very good verbal and written communication skills (English and Swedish)
- Advanced Excel, strong Word and PowerPoint
- Google Analytics Certified
Nice to Have
- Experience of data mining and APIs
- Experienced in implementing and using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Sitecatalyst
- Experience in creation of dashboards (Tableau, Klipfolio, etc)
- Understanding of Javascript, HTML, SQL or Python and previous experience in coding in these languages
