Overall responsibilities
- Support the development of full year digital marketing activity roadmap for all Nordic markets
- Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategy for all stages of the end-consumer decision journey
- Be the digital spokesperson within the division
- Set objectives and KPIs, manage the budget, lead execution and follow-up of all digital activities
- Take lead for the Go-To-Market process during product launches from a digital perspective
- First point of contact between Korean and European headquarters and Category Marketing for all digital marketing activities
- In close communication with and alignment of internal and external stakeholders, Sales, Retail Marketing, Legal Department, Finance, external Agencies
- Manage all landing pages for the division (product pages, marketing pages, category pages, campaign pages, offer pages)
- Ensure a flawless consumer journey and customer experience ultimately driving conversion
- Liaise with digital analyst to provide insights and optimize the digital sales funnel
- Create campaign pages for all BTL and PR campaigns
Digital Content
- Select/create digital assets to be utilized in all digital channels (both internal and external)
- Liaise and provide marketing communication, digital assets and campaigns with internal (ie Channel Marketing, Sales, PR, ECOM, CRM) and external stakeholders (retailers)
SEM/SEO
- Work closely with key teams to drive SEO and SEM projects for TV/audio product groups
- Represent Nordics in European digital projects and ensure suitability of content and SEO projects for Nordic markets.
- Manage projects from start to evaluation of creative-, media- and action marketing agencies within the companys network (SEM, SEO, etc)
Experience:
- 3-4 years’ experience from digital marketing
- Customer journey experience
- Experience from campaign sites
- Understanding of SEM/SEO
- Experience from project management
