Internal Communication Expert to international fashion company
Are you excited about the possibilities to evolve internal communications based on the O365 platform? We are now looking for a communication expert to join our team working with the entire IT department in scope. This is a 100% temporary assignment from now to september 2019.

You have great communication- and relationship building skills, a genuine interest in people and experience to drive and motivate change.
Leadership, Communication and People Change Management are important for the entire organization and as Communication Expert you will be a part of a large HR function that consists of HR Specialists and HR Business Partners working together to support the IT organization. We are mainly responsible for overall processes, guidelines and tools concerning employer branding, recruitment, competence development, leadership, contribution, health & work environment and labor law.
Work tasks
- Setting an internal communication strategy, who, what, when and how to communicate
- Formulating policies and guidelines
- How and when to use the Intranet platform
- How to use the other information channels most effectively
- Work with People Change experts to assist in behavior change
- Secure a common way of working within the area
Requirements and Personal Competences
Skills and knowledge:
- Experience from developing communication in larger organizations
- Experience in building communication strategies based on Office 365 communication and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Sway, Planner, Stream)
- Worked with intranet CMS systems
- A strategic and tactical mindset with an ability to make changes in practice
- Courage to drive, dare to try and stand up for decisions taken, but also having the courage to rethink
- An ability to plan and steer your own work
- Ability to see the big picture, navigate between different stakeholders and drive the HR agenda in a fast-moving changing environment
- Good communication skills, in both written and spoken language
