We are looking for a high-performing individual to join our growing Staffing/Professional Development team in Stockholm. Overall job description
Staffing is an integral part of the Professional Development department and plays a crucial role in the management of our people and business. The team ensures that our projects in Sweden and northern Europe are staffed with the relevant competences and capabilities – in the process ensuring the development of our people and meeting the needs of our clients.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Work closely with the project owners to build the best team for a given assignment – simultaneously maintaining individual, firm and client needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to our partner group and consultants
- Develop and maintain relationship with the consultants in order to support their staffing and development goals - includes understanding their experiences, strengths and preferences. Coaching and giving guidance are important parts of the role
- Active involvement in the professional development review process
- Maintain continuous overview of project pipeline, business development needs etc.
- Ongoing collaboration and information exchange with the Staffing, Recruitment and Learning teams on a local and global level
- Prepare reports and other materials for leadership meetings etc.
- You are a true team player and with strong interpersonal skills – enjoys interacting with colleagues across all levels of the organization
- Solutions-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude
- Taking ownership is natural to you – strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence as needed
- High integrity, mature and professional – maintain confidentiality at all times
