Do you have a great attention to detail, love reporting and figures, and want to work somewhere that makes a real difference? Greenpeace is looking for an energetic, results-driven and self-going person to provide administrative support that will help to ensure the smooth functioning of the Fundraising Department.
The role’s responsibilities include administrative assistance to the Fundraising Management Team to enable the effective functioning and the fulfillment of the department’s goals. This position will provide support, proactive coordination and communication for the department’s work, including producing a variety of reporting and presentations as well as developing processes and procedures that support the Nordic fundraising operations and supporting the recruitment and training functions of the department.
The role will also support the CTO for 20% FTE by providing logistical support for meetings and supporting key processes such as action tracking, document review and the management of updates to the risk register.
Candidates should have a high level of integrity, like attention to details, be committed to Greenpeace’s campaign work and values, and be goal oriented and innovative. This position is a full-time permanent position with 6 months probation period. The position is based in our Stockholm office.
