Work description
As a Global Social Media Manager for Blueair, you will be responsible for managing all our Social Media platforms in cooperation with the global social media-team. You will also develop our presence in new social media channels, and start collaboration and dialogues with individuals, companies and organizations involved in clean air. The role entails managing Blueair’s master accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, and ensure content is translated and posted on local social media sites in various countries.
You will lead the global Social Media team, coordinate efforts and share stories across different markets. This includes adapting Blueair´s content to make sure it’s suitable for specific target groups, as well as selecting the appropriate channels for the message, and develop social media skills across the team. In close collaboration with the Digital Content Manager, you set the content calendar and convert it into social media stories. You continuously stay updated on the development of the social media landscape in order to drive continuous progress, based on understanding consumer behavior. You will also collaborate with customer support and be responsible for responding to consumers’ comments or questions on all social media channels. You are on top of social media trends and take responsibility for making sure Blueair is present on the appropriate channels.
Education, experience and personal skills
Education:
- Master or Bachelor Degree of Marketing or Berghs School of Communication
Knowledge and experience:
- Five years experience working with communication
- Excellent social media skills and experience
- Excellent English (US English) and Swedish language skills
- Experience from a global organization with multi language needs
Personal skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent project management skills
