Fundraising and IT administrative assistant

Do you have a great attention to detail, love reporting and figures, and want to work somewhere that makes a real difference? Greenpeace is looking for an energetic, results-driven and self going person to provide administrative support that will help to ensure the smooth functioning of both the Fundraising and IT departments.

The role's responsibilities include administrative assistance to the Fundraising and IT Management Team to enable the effective functioning and the fulfilment of each Department's goals. This position will provide support, proactive coordination and communication for the department's work, including producing a variety of reporting and presentations as well as developing systems and procedures and providing 'first line' IT user support.
