The Head of Digital's key responsibility is to refine and further develop our strategies for building our online leverage in Nordic to help us win campaigns together with more people. You will report to the Programme Director and lead a team of highly skilled professionals that are used to working in global, regional and national projects. The team spans from analysts to creatives. We have an ambitious strategy to reach more people and deepen the engagement with our existing supporters. This means that we need to create new contact points for engagement and we are looking for a person keen to take on this challenge. You will be responsible for leading the digital team in their development and quest to stay in the lead. The position can be based in any of our 4 Nordic offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki or Copenhagen.
What we are looking for:

You have several years of experience in a similar role

You have strong communications skills.

You have great leadership qualities with a passion for building strong teams.

You are a peoples person.

You bring extensive experience in integrated & online marketing planning and execution, this includes new media, digital channels and IT

You are capable of tackling very loosely defined problems.

You are a strategic and visionary thinker able to see unexpected connections and “join the dots”.

Fluency in English (one Nordic language preferable)
