NORDIC HR BUSINESS PARTNER
The Nordic HR Business Partner works in tight cooperation with the Nordic HR Director in order to ensure that the Greenpeace Nordic is progressing with the implementation of the Global People Strategy and enables translating the strategy into a Nordic one. On top of this, the Nordic HR team is responsible of complying with the Nordic labor law and work environment legislation as well as with the Swedish collective agreement.
The Nordic HR Business Partner will be providing daily HR related consultation and assistance for line managers and employees. The jobholder is the first point of contact in all HR related admin matters in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.
Scope:

General HR work in a truly international environment

Qualified HR support to Nordic line managers
- Cooperation with staff & safety representatives and union
- Specific HR related projects either regionally or as part of a global team
Responsibilities:

Management of employee life cycle events in all Nordic countries such as new hires and exits

Collaborate with Nordic HR director in implementing people performance cycle and other HR related processes

Training and development initiatives

General HR admin tasks
-
Work environment related matters
Skills:
- A minimum of five years of broad HR related work
- Experience from working in a Nordic or multisite location environment
- Good understanding of HR processes
- Strong admin skills
- Good understanding of HR Information Systems and software tools
- Knowledge of Nordic labor law and experience of union negotiations
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Nordic languages are a plus
- Experience of facilitating training programs and workshops is a plus
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
